As sassy as he is at 29 years old, can you imagine the attitude he must have had as a 2 year old?!

You are a wonderful trainer, I really enjoy watching you work. May I suggest an OIT that I learned from one of my uncles that has helped me with skittish horses? You stand beside them, get yourself into a very calm state of mind, and breathe long slow breathes beside their nostrils, like yoga breathing. I have found it helpful, especially with Arabians, who are beautiful, but bonkers.

You should expose the sadistic " so called" trainer! Save more horses by letting people know he's unfit to be near animals.

Have you seen the Animal Chiropactor? He handles a lot of horses. I am not suggesting you try to imitate his full program but you might be able to pick up some tips to help Ziggy loosen up.

He is lovely. Calm. Wud he and Nige not do well next to one another? Skeletor too. He has no clue yet that where he is, isn't the whole place you have. If Ziggy leaves there I feel sad for the neighbour's horse, as she not only likes another horse near her, but she absolutely loves seeing you & Huckleberry during the day.

If they could only talk and tell us about thier lives, imagine what he would say about his 18 years. I am very glad that his previous owners took pretty good care of him and didn't ride him to the ground. With the intuitive sense you have about horse's, he will pick that up when you ride him I am sure. I watched the video when you rode Frisco Bill and I must say you ride very well. That will be wonderful for him. He is truly improving in his health and body day by day. You know your stuff. 👌😉. I hope he becomes a great joy for you.

I would love a video which showed each of your horses, even if there is not a lot of video, with their names and any background on their history and breeds that you can. I sometimes have a hard time telling which "little brown horse" is which when I see them separately. This would really help me know and appreciate each of them.

He looks great for a three week non working rehab. Lovely little horse We will see ´whô he is…. Soon. I love how careful you are with 16:09 him and his head position. He was so sweet mimicking you when you lowered your head. It was very cute and willing in spite of the big question mark hanging in the air over his head. Thanks for showing us the before and after pics. He is definitely looking better. If you add a little water to his feed would it help the supplements stick to it so he has to eat them instead of them being left in the bottom?

Ziggy does not appear all Arabian to me. I'm guessing that in addition to his Arabian bloodline, Ziggy might have some Camargue and/or Appaloosa and maybe something else. He a good looking horse and has a good nature as well

It going to be fun seeing what Ziggy rides like. I’ve always loved quarter horses so Arabians are more of a unknown to me. But there is something about this gentleman that make me think he’s going to be great to ride once you bring some softness back in him.

Do you ever use bit less bridles in place of the halter, they work quite well & are very gentle.

Sweet Ziggy deserves an A+. With your guidance, he's going to find out that he can do so much more than he ever thought. I would imagine he was more like a taxi driver in his previous life...just take on a passenger and go wherever. The only Arabian I ever rode, was actually at a dude ranch. I worked at a summer camp, and it was the ranch that we took all the kids to. She was not one of the horses we put the kids on. She was for a more experienced rider, and I absolutely loved that horse. She was small, light on her feet, moved quick. She was a blast to ride.
